LEV - Local Exhaust Ventilationbullets

Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) is the term used for extraction equipment that is used to minimise exposure to airborne contaminants such as dust, mist, fume, vapour or gas in a workplace. This protects your workforce from occupational lung diseases.

Local Exhaust Ventilation systems as the name suggests are placed over the working area to extract particles before the air is contaminated and they are inhaled by the worker.

Kitchen Air provide advice on LEV equipment for a variety of functions. We manufacture these systems and provide inspection and testing services in line with the HSG 258 guidance.
